SAINT ELIXIR EVENT TERMS

Consultations Complimentary consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time. Cancellations with no notice will not be rescheduled.

Booking & Deposits A 50% deposit, calculated as your guest count multiplied by $100 per guest, is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is charged the date of your event.

Deposits & Refunds We need a 48 hour notice for cancellations for the cocktail class. If its less than 48 hours we keep the deposit because we have already started our prep. If Saint Elixir is unable to accommodate your event, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Dry Hire & Alcohol Saint Elixir operates as a dry hire service in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The client is responsible for buying and providing all alcohol. Saint Elixir does not sell alcohol. The host is responsible for making sure all guests who drink are 21 or older and drink responsibly.

Event Day Our team arrives one hour before your class to set up and finishes cleanup within 30 minutes after it ends. The host agrees to provide suitable space for bar setup,  including a table and water access.

Guest Count Pricing is based on the guest count confirmed in your signed event form. Changes to the guest count must be sent to us before your event date.

Liability Saint Elixir is not responsible for guest behavior, over-consumption, or damage caused by guests at the event.
